Ford is looking to become a social-first brand. People currently perceive them as a safe and reliable car, best suited for families. However, largely due to their investment in electric vehicles (EVs), they want to be seen as an innovator in their category. A Water Floss Manufacturer in China was looking to spread their footprint in North America. Their goal was to increase both wholesale & d2c Sales. This social strategy puts priority on the potentially quicker converting audiences in both segments.
